3 sets of lunges, 7 sets of squats, 5 sets of leg extensions, calve raises on machine, and 1 set of various upper body exercises.

Left shin got tight and hurt towards the end.

Left achilles/shin area got tight after ~1mi and started hurting after about 2.5mi. It was throbbing afterwards.
