Ran to TJ to workout with Kayla. I messed up on my math and ended up only making it to Kilo by 1pm (our meeting time) instead of TJ; so I booked it the rest of the way. Then we worked out with weights for a little while. I also did some squats (45lbs/21reps, 95lbs/12reps x2, 45lbs/21reps), and box jumps. On the slow jog home, my left adductor groin area felt like I pulled it. My left achilles is starting to hurt again too.
