Running (Stanford Track & Campus) 48:45 [2] 6.55 mi (7:27 / mi)
slept:6.0

Ran with Alex Lohr & Kevin Sully. Felt absolutely horrible at the start from standing on my feet all day. Wasn't planning on running today but I'm glad I did. I felt much better once I loosened up. Left shin/achilles never bothered me; just my stomach (from being thrown off schedule).

Running (Stanford Campus) 32:35 [1] 4.3 mi (7:35 / mi)
slept:6.0

Very tired this morning! Legs felt better after 10 minutes, but my left shin is starting to ache again.

Running (St. Patrick + Strawberry) 1:25:15 [3] 12.9 mi (6:37 / mi)
slept:11.0

It was nice and almost warm outside for the first 20 minutes; then it started hailing and raining the rest of the time. Legs do not feel sore. Nothing hurts. However, I can tell they're tired and need a rest.

Running (Lake Wilderness) 1:20:15 [3] 13.6 mi (5:54 / mi)
slept:9.5

Ran first 2mi to intersection in ~12:18. Got to Arcadia (248th St - 4.625mi) in 28:20 and Landsburg Road (+2.15mi) in 41:20. Back to Arcadia in 53:35 and 2mi intersection in 68:20. The run is 13.55mi but I looped around the parking lot at the end because I was going to use the honey bucket; but it had a zip tie locking it. I mainly just had to pee the whole time, but the urge went away and I didn't want to stop anyways because I didn't want anybody to have to wait for me to finish (since I thought I'd be the last one done today). I got after it on the faster side today and decided to keep it a steady effort the whole way (instead of pushing it on the turn around). My shoulders cramped up but my breathing was easy to moderate at most.
5 PM

Running (Africa) 48:10 [1] 6.75 mi (7:08 / mi)

Sat around between runs and felt a little sick watching TV, so I decided to go ahead with the 2nd run today. Took off incredibly slowly because I didn't want to pull anything. Everything felt good during the run; I'm just hungry and tired now.

Running (Weyerhaeuser + Camelot) 1:40:05 [2] 15.85 mi (6:19 / mi)
slept:10.0

Ran to Weyerhaeuser from parent's (20:47, 3mi). Took off a few minutes after the group to do perimeter loop, but I never saw them because they got stuck in the blocked off trail. I didn't know this, so I kept pressing until I realized they were actually way behind. Even with the detour, the loop still = 6.5mi; and I ran it in 41:16. Stopped briefly at the WEA building to get the van keys, and ran to TJ (via Military) to check to see if it had gas before heading back to parent's via Camelot Loop (41:04, 6.35mi).

Running (BPA Intervals + Run) 1:52:00 [3] 16.25 mi (6:54 / mi)
slept:10.0

16min warm-up, 1.75mi. Workout = 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100m pretty much all out. I forgot to stop my watch after the 600m, so at the start of the 500, I didn't time it. Total time for the workout = 11:00, but I think it was a little quicker (2.25mi total). I didn't count the slow jog back to the start of each interval. Afterwards I did 3 50/50/50's (strides on the soccer field); I have NO speed! Nobody did a cool-down, so I took off to the end of the BPA Trail a short while later. Ran a few sections out and back by WinCo and 320th. Legs pooped out during the workout. After the first 800 (2:25), I already had lactic acid in them. I struggled to the end, but on my run, I felt fine; just a little low on energy. Got chaffing during this run too. What made things worse is that I decided to fix my shower curtain (bar) today and I couldn't take a shower until after it was fixed at 7pm! The warm water stung so badly!
