Warm-up = 3 field loops (10:30, 1.5mi). Cool-down = control pick-up on north end of course. Went along the road (perimeter of the map, 22min, 2.9mi). Ran the course (40 control Score-O) in 54 minutes, having lost ~7min from overshooting errors. I skipped control 40 on accident and went back for it after I had finished (+1.25mi). Total time is now 66min. Left hip hurt during the cool-down, but I think I am fine. I ran much faster today than I had planned. Oh well, it was a good workout.
