Running (Camelot + Kilo + 288th) 39:40 [3] 6.2 mi (6:24 / mi)
slept:9.5

Ran from parent's after filming at the state track meet all day. Took off slow and light on my feet. Left hip started aching after about 3 minutes. It went away as I kept the pace nice and easy. I don't know when it was but I started picking up the pace to the point I actually felt good, granted I had to go to the bathroom.

Running (Mt. Tahoma HS area) 45:00 [1] 6.2 mi (7:15 / mi)
slept:5.5

Menopausal-like run. I felt like I was having periods of extreme discomfort in my stride and periods of feeling just fine. I really think I strained something in my left upper leg. My left hip, hamstring/ischium and adductors are all tight.

Running (W. Valley Hwy. + Military) 1:11:50 [2] 10.1 mi (7:07 / mi)
slept:9.0

Ran from parent's down to the valley, north on West Valley Highway, west on 272nd, through bridge on Fenwick Lake, past West Fenwick Park, south on Military, around TJ and back via 51st. I was cruising on 288th but when I stopped for a few minutes at TJ, starting up again was very painful. I had to stop and almost needed to walk home. Left femur/adductor/hamstring area had a sharp pain. Something is definitely not right. I felt the adductor on last Friday's run at Ft. Steilacoom and hurt it when I took a big step up onto a light post that day. After about 5 minutes from starting up again the pain went away.

Running (Earthworks, Tyee, PacHwy) 1:38:55 [2] 13.8 mi (7:10 / mi)
slept:8.5

I was finally going to go for a run today before school, but my bed decided to feel extra comfortable upon me wakening. Skipped lunch today as I was not even hungry! I was going to go for a short run, maybe 5 miles, perhaps more if I felt good. I didn't feel very good, but that is to be expected after not running for 3 days; so I decided to just keep going until I got tired. I got a side stitch after ~75min, which is weird because I rarely get those. While coming down Kent-Des Moines Road, my legs felt progressively tired to where I felt satisfied enough and headed home along the bike trail.
