Legs feel fine but I felt very sluggish. Running before breakfast is not fun! I had no energy the entire run.

Took off extra slowly, but picked it up quicker than yesterday. I don't feel sore anymore and nothing is aching. The run was rather boring, but at least I got to see the sandbags being taken down on Frager Road!

Woke up this morning with my lower back and left achilles hurting. Made sure I kept the run very easy. A few times I started to pick up the pace and had to remind myself to not push it. I'm expecting to be sore for a couple more days.

Ran with Jeff and Paul Huynh. Finished the 15mi "loop" in 2:01, but we came back down the Red Town Trail instead of the other trail like I've done in the past. I still don't know theses trails! Jeff got lost during the last 2-3mi so Paul and I went back another 12min to find him. He returned 45min after we finished! Legs felt good the entire time. Calves hurt after I stopped.
