Legs felt pretty good but not great. I felt like running fast but every time I started to speed up, I felt winded. Right groin felt tender at the start.

Running (Wenatchee) 1:29:00 [2] 10.75 mi (8:17 / mi)
slept:8.0

Ran from Wenatchee Valley College, down 5th Street, south on Miller, west on Crawford, up the Saddlerock trail, back down, east on Cherry, and back via Miller. I was only going to do ~30min to the high school and back, but my legs were feeling good and I'd hate to have wasted this opportunity to go exploring some of what Wenatchee has to offer. The old houses were fun to look at but the trails here are AWESOME! The only bad part was that they were slick and muck stuck to my shoes. I'd love to come back here when it's dry out. My left ischium started making it's presence again; probably from coming down the tricky hillside.

Running (St. Patrick + Frager) 1:18:57 [2] 11.1 mi (7:07 / mi)
slept:10.5

Went grocery shopping and sat around all day. When I took off on the run, my feet hurt, but that may have been a result of wearing new shoes. My groin felt better and nothing bothered me except my frozen hands and arms when it started to downpour.
