Running (Orienteering @ Magnuson) 1:10:00 [2] 9.0 mi (7:47 / mi)
slept:6.0

~15min warm-up to Sandpoint Road & back. Ran the orienteering course at an easy to moderate pace. Had a pretty clean run with only ~90 seconds in errors/poor route choices. I feel happy with my execution overall. Jogged ~15min for a warm-down and then picked up 10 controls at the end of the meet. I had to walk after picking up 6 controls because my hands were numb and I couldn't break down the e-punch things.

Running (Seatac Loop from home) 1:55:24 [1] 15.3 mi (7:33 / mi)
slept:10.5

Ran up to Military, left on 200th, Seatac Loop to 1st Avenue, left before Saltwater State Park, down Reith Road and home. Took off easy and left hip started bugging me after a little over an hour. It got really tight and I was running funny at the end. The run was still enjoyable though, since I didn't leave the house yesterday or today.
