Ran in Troutdale, OR with Chase (Taryn's friend's husband) at Thousand Acres. Saw ~10 snakes. Ran a bit faster than I am used to but nothing bothered me.

Running (Tuesday Loop + 2.5mi T.) 54:20 [3] 7.62 mi (7:08 / mi)
slept:7.0

Ran Tuesday Loop with the boys and the last 2.5mi @ Tempo with Yohan. Got to the start of the Kilo bus loop in 39:56. I went off of Yohan's pace the first 100m and held that the rest of the way. I started to feel a little uncomfortable the last lap and a half on the track. Splits = 5:48, 5:50 (14:24 @ 2.5mi). No groin pain today; every time I am about to sneeze, I stop myself.

Ran from TJ. Stomach problems towards the end but I was crunched on time ALL day to get any running in.

Snowboarding (Crystal Mountain) 5:00:00 [3]

Set a PR on my first run. Did a few jumps and landed most of them, although I only got ~1ft off the ground. Learned to do a 360 while on the ground. Tried a few new runs out.
6 PM

Running (Red Roof) 29:30 [0] 3.77 mi (7:50 / mi)
slept:6.5

Ran when I got back from snowboarding. Stomach did not feel well the entire run, but it was still enjoyable because it was very quiet outside.
