I realised that I had totally underestimated distance and overestimated my walking speed. So had to run pretty hard (on tracks and road) to get back home in time for Rob to get out with Fin.
Wasn’t planning on running on my toe and Achilles again this week, but all seemed to hold up ok. Hoka trainers making a really big difference to toe, although my left Achilles is now niggling (possibly from change of trainers).
