Roundabout route of Aykley heads ending at nursery pick up.
Haven’t done much (any) training over the last week, but the kids and I did make it to Czech Republic for a long weekend to see my sister and family! Was lovely, and much easier than I expected paperwork wise - and thankfully nothing went too wrong.

Woods, past sewage works, brasside pond loop and back through low Newton junction and estate. Foot fine on run, a bit sore afterwards. Slow and steady but lovely to be out running again.
