Running 38:00 [2]

A run! Blisters actually better running than walking (as I don't put my heel down), and chest still not right, but took the opportunity to get out and get some air. From my sister's place in Czech Republic - tracks and trails with what felt like a fair amount of climb.

Strength 20:00 [1]

Hiit type session (work organised). I couldn't do most of the exercises on my toe and with my blisters so ended up doing variations with lots of squats. Was a bit sore the next day, as haven't done any strength like this for a few weeks. Body weight only.

Walking 5:59:00 [1] 30.0 km (11:58 / km) +890m 10:25 / km

Had a rethink of my original plan to go over lost lad and back in via loxley valley as there really weren't any bail out/support options if things didn't go to plan and I really needed to be on the 4pm train. But think I actually took a nicer route in the end.
From Castleton YHA - Lose Hill, Hope village, Win Hill, Bamford station, up and over Stanage at the pole, redmires, and back down rivelin from the Sportsman. Finishing at Malin bridge tram stop (with a stop to nosy at our old house and at the new Lidl as desperate for more food and drink!).
Another fab day - mist on the first two hills but cleared at stanage. Feet sore and was more comfortable to jog the downhills most of the time. Which was good as I completely underestimated how long rivelin valley was.
I'd forgotten how awesome the peak District is (especially on a quiet day when everyone else is at work). And pleased to get in some hills.

Cycling 10:00 [1]

Back home from station. Legs felt fine on ride, it's the feet giving me problems unfortunately.
