Had a good run, but make a big mistake at a "nod" checkpoint of a "butterfly" (hope it's called that way in english) in a super detailed terrain. My dad beat me by 10 min

Sprint at the top of the volcano. run 1 minute after my dad, but apparently I scared him, so he won the race (he hates short distances) and I got 4th. Made one 2 min mistake ...

Biked to granparent's garden and went for a long run at "Valy" - to the road on the other side and by the former Russian rocket base. Biked back (slower since I got lots of fruit to carry home :))

First training back home after 9 months! Did some ABC and accels to kinda get refreshed after the flight and a run around to see what has changed. Everything is almost the same, though.

Gonna start training again - gonna be racing my dad in France soon :P and then in the September there gonna be some competitions where I wanna run well. And hopefully beat some Czech butts. See what has happened with me after 9 months in Canada :)
