| I can't include on my log, but walked the Yorkshire 3 Peaks today. Walked around 23 miles in just under 10 hours. It was a lovely day although very windy and was a lot of fun. Legs and feet hurt a lot though! |

| Had a hectic and tiring week so have decided to rest the last couple of days in preparation for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks tomorrow. Can't wait. |

| Weighed myself this morning. Not pleasant, I seem to have put on a good few pounds. Used this as an excuse to cycle like an idiot and not stop at any lights. Didn't notice it being any quicker though, probably due to the fact I didn't have a clear run down Gipsy Hill this morning. Struggled over Southwark bridge. Even though it is only a small incline it always gets me. I noticed today that if I wear sunglasses cycling I have problems picking out black cars. At least two gave me a fright. Also realised that Tuesdays are when every council in London collects rubbish. I passed at least 4 dustbin trucks. |

| Ran most of the way from work home. The first 2 miles were really busy with people and traffic lights so I went quite slowly. Still surprised at how slow I was though. I've lost a bit of fitness recently. |
