Run around Richmond Park with Nick and Karen. It was a nice pace for me. My legs felt really tired from yesterday and I didn't enjoy the hills much. Lovely weather for it though.

Struggled to find #2. All I could think about was how cold my hands were. I lost concentration and was too far east struggling to understand where I was on the map. Changed my route to 3 half way along, I'm not sure it cost me any time, and then had no problems until 12, when I thought I was looking for a knoll rather than a funny gully thing. Hit a different one first but realised pretty quickly. Saw a heavily pregnant Loopy Loo going into my 19 and she had the same next leg as me. She got to 20 before me as I ran off at a bad angle. I felt surprisingly good running and even made it up every hill :-)

Garmin says I ran 10.47k

Note

Walked into a locker door as I was leaving the changing rooms. It's really painful and a bit swollen. Not a good day. I'm putting it down to work stress. I really need a new job!

According to my watch I did this in 21 mins. I think it was more like 41 unless I have managed time travel today. Hopefully it is a freakish day as I seem to have put on a kilo, not sure how - grr.
