I didn't want to do it so fast today, but after 8min of running I noticed that I'm quite fast today. So I said to myself "Let's push the whole course".

Wanted to do the training, but I had no time because school lasted longer as expected. So the time between the cinema was too short.

1km intervals on the ÖTB-Track at Salzachseen. We were 5 (Mani, Wolfi, Gassi, Reini, Me). 2 min break inbetween.

Quite satisfied with theese times as it was my first hard interval training on the track since May.

Long time no entry in my log.
But of course I did some training. I was just too lazy to write it down.
Spent the last 12 days in Norway for o-training. Really nice.

Let's see if I'll take it serious with my log entries :)
