the wayve... wouldn't have gone running if it wasn't for the team.
Tried to keep HR not too high, as still having a bad cold. Did not really manage this, even when running down (and luckily most if the run was downhill, 500m in total), HR was above 170...

felt quite horrible...

Hip seems to be ok - can remove the "injured" :-)
Will try to start proper training as soon as also the cold has gone away...

Harzer Relay. Was given the honor to run with the first team.
Had an ok race, one 3min mistake... was too insecure, should have been much more courageous and just run on instead of hesitating...

HR was really high, also had trouble breathing (maybe I should check for asthma?)

Hip held up well

yes, I've been running =)

Short run, due to not much time. Had to chose between eating something first, and running only 30', or running 40' on an emtpy stomach. Chose the latter, was ok.
Hip felt fine throughout the whole run, although quite a lot on asphalt (left Aare side loop...)
HR pretty high, pushed the pace a little bit.

Ok race, two bigger mistakes, 3' (started to search when I was still one road too high...didn't count properly), 2' left a path in a slightly wrong angle, climbed too much...

And at the end again 2x 30-60" just not very clean anymore...
Hip was perfectly fine, HR rather high...

Not an amazing race...

BeOb relay. M and I won, on my leg I was 2nd (winning time Ellen: 38something)

M did really well, so I could start on the second leg about one minute ahead of the second girl. Already did a mistake to the first control (30"-1'), Two other larger mistakes to 4 and 5, getting a bit frustrated (was not really concentrated, could just no match terrain with map) and also a bit astonished that no one else caught up. Good finish, could extend the lead to 3min....

So technically rather a bad race, beautiful views, and physically not very strong (pushed hard as HR shows, though). Could feel it that I'd been doing hardly any training lately.

And: according to my GPS watch, I did exactly 150m of climb :-)
