Actually got sick after yesterday's training. Sore throat, headache and just feeling bad in general. Still had to do my Kondi today. Went ok, even felt a little bit better afterwards...
was actually just checking out weights for some stuff I have to do for uni, but then I couldn't resist to quickly step on the treadmill.
