wanted to go for a run - very frustrating. Pelvis started to hurt after 5min, but my head would not let me turn around, so walked partially, ran partially (about 15min in total) and was back after 50min... I guess no running for a while...

Anyway, according to my gynecologist I'm supposed to stop running anyway this week. Apparently after the 25th week of pregnancy the baby is not cushioned enough anymore.
According to the midwife I can run as long as I feel good.
Both opinions make me stop right now :-/

skiing at Lenzerheide - the others skied to Parpan, I stayed on the lake on the flat parts.
Was perfect and felt good. A 5min relax break after 40min, then another 45 min of skiing were possible. A couple of 200m middle pace each loop on the lake.

short loop along the Reuss - managed to run a decent pace of about 5:15-5:20 flat, but was slowed down terribly in the uphills. I'm not used to the additional body weight...
