Was great to be running for some more than 1hour... Very comfortable temperature...

From Bucheggplatz to Irchel as a warm-up for the intervals and running back to the Bucheggplatz as cool down...

running intervals 15:22 [4] 3.54 km (4:20 / km) +6m 4:18 / km

Intervals on the finnish track at Irchel (3x1.18)
Started way too fast with the first one... so I knew the next one would be hard... still tried to push it and had a rather "normal" time compared to the first.
But after the second one I was quite exhausted, so decided to take the last one pretty easy. Not slow jogging, but I didn't push.
So next time, I'll better try to keep it a bit slower in the beginning...

splits were:

4.36 (3.54/km)
4.53 (like last time, about 4.05/km)
5.53 (5.31/km)

Home-LP-Bucheggplatz-Käferberg-2x finnish track-Bucheggplatz.
Took the bus back home from Bucheggplatz, didn't fancy sore muscles from running down...
And just got back 15min before it started to rain- good timing =)
