Emmentaler-OL. The forest was really great! Good runnability and also the wheather was fine. I made some smaller mistakes, all about 1-1.5 min. Unfortunately it is just too much when summed up.
But was a good last race!

Felt like going for a run as it was such a warm evening. Actually wanted to run on the finnish track at Käferberg, but the lights were not on, so decided to go running in the direction of Hönggerberg. Felt good!
