Orienteering race 20:32 [5] 2.5 km (8:13 / km) +60m 7:20 / km

First race this year. Churer Stadt-OL. It was pretty ok. Was not my fastest, did some routechoice mistake. But I found most of the controls just like that and it was great fun to orienteer in that city. =) Finally I ended 7th of 11, lost 3:25 to Brigitta Mathys who won and 11s to Anina Senn being 6th. Is not bad especially as the girl just behind me lost 2:52 on me... so all in all a good race to start the season with =)

Zürichberg with M. It was really icy, so we couldn't run all of it...we then took a shortcut somewhere... M' s knee was hurting, so he had to walk, I added a rather fast 2km loop...

Käferberg + 2x finnish track. There was a thick layer of ice on the path- so I couldn't really run fast... it felt good, could've run some more but had to get back home was meeting my sister...

I just missed the bus, so added some running drills...

Went to ballet with my sister in Bern... was rather tough to keep up with them- sometimes I had absolutely no idea what to do ;-) But anyways it was fun and was good doing it again...

Don't like doing strength training after 11 pm. But just had to do it...and I'm actually glad I did it =)

Just Home-Irchel. As it is uphill and my heartrate is about 150bpm I guess I can count that as training- although it is very short ;-)

With ASVZ running group. We did some 2x running drills on about 1km. At the end we added 5x very short sprints... was good although not too exhausting

core-strength with the other guys from ASVZ. Would have done some core strength today anyway, so I just did that little what we did tonight. Didn't feel like doing more at home... I'll do another proper core strength training on Wednesday... Tonight I'll study some more for my exam tomorrow- the last one in this exam session...
