The wheather is really nice, but I didn't sleep well last night, so I better take a day off... Have been doing quite a lot the last few days. Shouldn't increase training volume all too fast, my body usually doesn't take that well...

as a substitute for a friend in Fluntern... Just about 20 people, was rather an intimate atmosphere ;-)

2x3x400m/200m easy, inbetween the series 400m easy. Couldn't resist after the Kondi to get quickly out into the sun and do something...
