Cairngorm mountains, scottish highlands... terribly windy and rainy- we were so cold afterwards. Nevertheless been up there (somewhere) ;-)

couldn't resist to quickly step on to the treadmill to see how my hamstring is doing... pushed the pace up to 4'/km. Could feel it, but not really painful. I guess fast stuff is still out, but maybe some easy jogging would be ok now...
