BMOL. Only logged the real running time.
Was good fun, made a major compass mistake that resulted in a really slow route...
Well, didn't have any ambitions, so it was ok.

will try to go for a easy run tomorrow to see how my cold reacts. A little bit exercise and sweating might be good... Don't know any other cure after 2 weeks of taking medication, eating healthy, sleeping enough and not training??

Hiking 15:00 [2]
slept:9.0 (sick)

a fastish walk to work, missed the bus as it left two minutes too early at the bus stop...

The cold is worse than ever, had trouble sleeping due to the sore throat...
the 1km sprint to the station yesterday after the hike and probably also the hike in the rather cold air was not good...

Note

Decided to make another week of training break, hopefully I'll be healthy again to start proper training next week

Did some real planning, aiming for the following:

5x running (maybe also xc skiing), trying to train in 3-week-cycles
-> for the first training phase 1 intensive, 1 middle, 3 easy pace
2x strength (just 20' of core, maybe some jumps)
1x different sport (propably mostly volleyball on Mondays, maybe some hip hop dancing). it will be easy to get into a regular schedule here
1x alternative endurance (this will be the hardest to do, needs some extra determination to go swimming, or use the bike in winter
2x regeneration (stretching, sauna etc.). Could acutally start this in the training break... never find the time but actually like it.
1x mental. Will try to work on O-skills isolated. By determining weaknesses and tackling them.

Big plans, but with a bit of determination and bit of persuasion to have M do it with me it should be possible =)
