Orienteering race 19:01 [4] 3.0 km (6:20 / km) +30m 6:02 / km
ahr:183 max:190 slept:8.0 (injured)

Swiss 5 Days, E1, DE 15/39. winning time: 16:31 (Sarina Jenzer)

good race and thus good start into the S5D.
Was most of the times well prepared for what followed. One mistake where I first wanted to take a wrong route choice (didn't see a wall), but realised it quickly, so lost only about 15". Another time loss when having troubles with two levels (GPS says its only 5"), was not prepared here. Finally I just didn't run aggressively enough, but maybe I wouldn't have been prepared as well with a higher speed. HR also says that I ran pretty fast... (max HR 191)

Hip held up amazingly well.

footing. Was a bit tentative at first, but it turned out that the hips feels ok... I guess the one week no running was the right thing to do!!
Still not taking the injured flag out, let's wait for the week to come.

trying if this hurts my hip, unfortunately it does. Not as bad as running, but right now I really try to completely rest the affected muscles...
