testing a beautiful long jog from home. up gisliflueh
Lots of (wet) snow, so rather slippery and slow running (dobb spikes would have been better). Missed some paths so also a bit zigzagging. Could probably run a bit straighter and thus get further in the same time...

felt tired with heavy legs when starting, drank some isostar after the first 30min was much better afterwards...

felt a bit better in the second half of the training, although butt tightend up again while running downhill

left butt a bit tight during intervals, probably still from the fall on Saturday

3x10'x20"/20" / 4' inbetween series
it was a bit slippery on the snow, could not run full speed. Also no HR belt. But for the conditions and my current shape the training was alright. Felt good :-)
