felt so good, so I tried running. Stomach was perfectly comfortable, pelvis hurt in the running breaks...
did 3x5min running, with a few minutes walking inbetween


Pelvis hurt really bad at the end of the training, could hardy walk. Oh man, maybe not so good an idea...

Hike to Avakas Gorge.
After about an hour hip started to hurt quite a bit and in the end we had to hurry for the last bus back. Missed it nevertheless as it left 5min too early. We were waving to the driver when he passed but he would not stop... Arrgh

Indoor bike at our hotel in Cyprus :-)
Short intervall, 6x 1.5min fast/ 2min easy...
Felt good to break a sweat!

11 weeks left for some biking, afterwards everything will be different ;-)
