DAL 13/31, winning time 22:24 (Mix)
Had a good race. One mistake, where I lost a trail leading to the control and ended up in the green, passing the control by a few meters and having to relocate.
Then two more time losses, both due to getting stuck in the green (bad microroutechoice). Otherwise I felt great and could push a bit...
When I compare split times the speed seems to be ok, I need to work on technique. However, not all time loss compared to winning time can be explained by mistakes ;-)

9. Nat. race DAL 10/21, winning time 51:03 (Barbara Hüsler)
Had some problems finding into the race. Feeling very slow, always insecure or even searching in the control area for the first few controls.
Took a rather extraordinary route to the 3rd control (circulating a lot, but only after leaving on another route and then changing mind -loosing at least 30sec due to that bad start on the route), to clear my head and re-focus (turned out the route was acutally good, 2nd on that leg).
Some more mistakes and not very clean running after the long route.
Finally there was a long road running control - from there on I started to push physically (split times show it :-)) and had a good final part of the run.
