Had a hard time talking myself into the gym so decided to do something different.

4 sets of 10. Variety of biceps triceps and shoulders whole balancing on bosu ball. Harder than I thought it would be to balance.
4 sets of 15 abs in incline bench with weighted ball. Twists and sit-ups.
