20 x 75 - first time 1:13. Second time 1:15. Settled in about 1:18

HR while dressing for run about 118 - pretty high

Hard Run Day. HR was high to begin with. Needed more nutrition. Had one bottle of Cliff (140 cal)

Ran 20 min easy
7 x (3t, 2r) effort was about RPE 6-7, 2r at RPE 2. Needed to walk for about 1 min 15 seconds during recovery. Ran at about 6.5 during tempo
