Not that difficult. Was supposed to do yesterday - but ran out of time. NOW...I can watch some Sunday FOOTBALL!

Ran at real slow and relaxed pace. Still had to walk every 15 mintues because it was so hot and I had to bring my HR back down.

It was supposed to be for 90 minutes. However, some people in my house decided it would be a good idea to purposely taunt each other and fight until some dishes were broken with Doritos dumped on the floor mixed with broken glass.

Workout ended early.

BTW: Yoga is an a$% kicker.

Slow easy 30 min run at the gym. Trying to get used to waking early to get my workouts in....

Woke up at 5:15 today. Will try for 4:45 tomorrow.

Didn't have time to get the full hour in. Needed to get the kids off to school. Will try to wake up even earlier tomorrow.

I'm back. I will be training for the Seattle Half. Along side that I am trying to work my way through the 12 week P90X program.

We will see if there is enough time in MY day to get it done.
