Ran really slow in zone 1. Felt okay. Almost fell off the treadmill because I was engrossed in the football recaps on ESPN. HR quickly spiked. :)
P90X (chest and back) 1:00:00 [4]
This is by far the most difficult of all the P90X workouts for me. Sooo many pushups (regular, military, wide, declines, diamonds..then some dip series.) Lots of pullups. This is the first day I actually had a pull up bar. (Other days I had to simulate the movement with bands). Needed a chair to assist me. Arms feel like jelly.
As I'm cooling down I read the training guide only to find out week 4 is recovery and I was supposed to do yoga today. :)
Oh well.
