Initially, I was supposed to do legs and back but my hammy has been really sore I didn't want to test it. Nice to see an improvement in the amount of weight I am working with.
Frustrating because I'm not seeing the number on the scale change much. Took my measurements today. In two weeks I've lost an inch here..1/2 inch there, etc. Hopefully the muscle 'mass' will start to burn some of the useless weight off.

Felt okay. Pretty tired this morning. Crossed my mind the first couple minutes "Hmmm...should I just walk for an hour?" After a couple min felt okay.
Supposed to do P90X (woke up at 4:45 to get it all in). Came home and began with lunges (Plyo workout) and could feel my left hamstring. I had felt it running but just thought it needed to be stretched. Instead of doing P90 I stretched and rolled out my legs.
Ran slow and easy on the treadmill. Knee felt better today
P90X (shoulders, chest and arms) 58:00 [4]
I really despise pushups.
So many variations in this workout...
Slow in counts of 4. One handed (cannot do). Claps. Slow and fast combo. Pike position. Side to side. Fly push ups (with paper plate). Push up then one arm side raise..
Inbetween all these pushups were a lot of weight workout for triceps and shoulders, chair dips, etc
