Run 1:37:00 [3] 8.0 mi (12:07 / mi)

Waited for the downpours to subside before I left for my run.
Ran the 6 mile loop I ran last weekend but instead of running home once I got to 156th I ran down 156th to park. Ran through park and down trail to West Lake Sammy. Ran on West Lake Sammy home.

I walked twice during this run. Once while I was crossing over 520 before I got to the 520 trail. Just needed to slow everything down for a second. Legs were achy and HR was just a little high. Walked for about 45 seconds. Felt better after that. Much better. Walked about halfway up 40th (from 140th to 148th). Problem is...I knew I was going to walk that hill before I began my run. I gave myself that out and I took it.

The next 6 miler I do with that hill in it I will run it.

Longest run I've done in about 4-5 years. Proud of myself.

Run 36:00 [3] 2.74 mi (13:08 / mi)

Woke up with a headache and a tickle in my throat. I went back to bed for a little bit after sending kids off to school (despite preferring to go out for a run.)

Woke up and still felt a little crummy, but decided to lace up the shoes. HR was high right off the bat. Sweating within a few minutes and walked the last half mile home.

I was planning on painting the deck railing today, but I will be back in bed resting. Hope to feel better soon so I can go for a longer run tomorrow.

Ran/walked out of neighborhood. Ran up 40th to park. Ran through trail down to W. Lake Sammy and home.

Mile 1: 12:25
Mile 2: 12:06
Mile 3: 16:17

Run 45:19 [3] 3.81 mi (11:54 / mi)

Ran Ryan's four mile loop. I think this is closer to what the real distance is. I think in the beginning I was listing it as 3.9 or 4 (didn't use Garmin at that time.)

Love running in the morning after I get kids off to school. The last few days I've went back to bed after seeing them off. Late morning run never feels as good as the run first thing in the morning.

Felt really good today. A few days ago I asked Ryan when my legs will stop feeling like lead. He reminded me that 3 weeks ago I was running 5-6 miles per week. I jumped up to approximately 20 miles per week, so it might be a while....maybe the time is now?!?!

I thought my time would have been faster today, based on how good I felt. But the good thing is I did it in about the same amount of time but felt better doing it.

Mile 1 - 12:28
Mile 2 - 11:53
Mile 3 - 12:11
Mile 4 - 10:52

Brought pooch with me. He was so consumed by all the kids at the various bus stops and all the 'grown ups' walking to work. He needs to work on endurance/speed. He poops out easily. In fact, he's sacked out right now as I write this. Bum!

Run 30:05 [2] 2.57 mi (11:42 / mi)

Pretty easy run down on Marymoor. Considering how lowsy I felt yesterday, today I felt pretty good. Out and backs are not my favorite.

Run 45:36 [3] 3.8 mi (12:00 / mi)

Ran regular 4 mile loop. Felt LOUSY. I wanted to walk the entire time...but didn't. Just walked for 30 seconds up hill by park. Ran the last half of that hill and the rest of the run.

Man....my legs felt like lead. Glad I didn't bring Milo. I wouldn't have had the energy to manage him.

Pacing...
Mile 1 - 12:25
Mile 2 - 12:01
Mile 3 - 12:16
Mile 4 - 11:08

Not surprised.

Run 30:00 [2] 2.55 mi (11:46 / mi)

Started on 40th. Ran down 156th to park. Ran through park trail to West Lake Sammy and home. Muscles were tiresd but felt good overall. Took pooch with me. Not sure he was too excited to go. He was tired after last nights run with Ryan. :)

Today is one o those days I woke up lovIng my life and so appreciative for what I have.
