AWESOME DAY! Met Kimmy and Avery at dog park and then went to Saturday market.

Came home, got bike ready and biked around the lake by myself. A) It's been about 2 years since I've biked that route B) It was BEAUTIFUL! C) My legs felt really good. (Maybe all the squats and lunges.)

Came home on a bikers high. Did Jillians workout. Had a few slices of delicious pizza. Went to dinner and frozen yogurt.

Fabulous day!!!

Biked out and back on Marymoor. Big headwind on the way out and twice as hard. Coming back was a breeze.

Granit Falls TT -easier course on Compu Trainer.

Yesterday it felt like I was sitting on sharp gravel pieces. Today it felt like I was sitting on round rocks. Slight improvement. :)

Wanted to keep my average watts above 100.

Biked the 12.5 COORS course. Course ends going up hill...what was i thinking??

My rear end is certainly not conditioned for biking. It took everything in me to not think about it and get through the ride.

Week 2...

Ran normal loop with pooch. Saw a guy wearing boxers on his head. WTH???

I think I will take this week off running. Feel a slight twinge in my shin and I'd like it to heal without turning into a full blown shin splint. I'm sure my legs the last couple weeks have been in a shock from increase in mileage.

Time to dust off the bike and swim goggles.
