Eliptical 1:00:00 [3]

Having an 'off' day. Didn't feel like doing much so went to proclub to just get a little cardio in.

Run (trail run) 1:08:00 [3] 5.0 mi (13:36 / mi)

Asked Ryan to take me up to Cougar Mountain.

I am humbled deeply. That was hard. I had to walk up so many hills.

Need to do it more often so it becomes easier.

Had a great time with Ryan and the pooch.

Hiking 2:30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (37:30 / mi)

TOUGH HIKE. Hiked up Dorr Mountain. The toughness wasn't because of the distance or even so much as the grade. It was because there wasn't the nice groomed trails and switchbacks. We were climbing over rocks and back and forth over the river. The only way to know we were going the right way was because A) we knew we should fall the water stream and B) there was blue paint on various rocks and trees along the route.

Later in the day Ryan read this is an extremely tough hike the time of year we hiked it.

We had a great time! It was beautiful along the route. Unfortunately when we got to the top it was foggy and we couldn't see a thing.

Hike down was treacherous and extremely sketchy/scary.

Great time overall and proud we did it!
