Started on 40th. Ran up 40th, down 156th, over 520, up 520 trail, down 148th, up Old Redmond Road, left on 140th, left on 40th back home.
Felt really good. Wasn't sure when I left this morning if I was going to run the 4 mile loop or the longer loop. Just decided to see where my legs carried me. Went for the longer route.
Compared today's time/pace to the last time I ran this exact route.
Last time I ran it in 1:22 with a pace of 12:22 and I remembered it HURT. Today, I felt like I was running fairly easy. Finished in 1:15 and a pace of 11:28. Awesome to see such improvement!
