BEAUTIFUL MORNING. Ran through Marymoor to east lake Sammy. Tried to run real slow and easy. I would start thinking about a few things that made me mad and would start running faster and heart rate would creep up.

Such happy tears finishing my run this morning. Ran Four mile loop that finishes on west lake Sammy. Started running and saw my pace about halfway through. Decided I would try to run sub 10 min miles. I've never ran that fast for a run before.

Felt a twinge in my Achilles when I started running. Decided not to chance. Jumped on the elliptical.

Distance is taken from Map My Run...Garmen wouldn't pick up for about 5-6 minutes into my run.

Started on 40th...did Ryan's '4 mile loop'. Instead of coming back home on 40th took a left on 156th crossed over freeway took right on 154th and connected with Old Redmond Road. Dropped down to Marymoor trail and ran home. Ran to bottom of Linda Laura hill. Walked first little hill and ran up the rest (not for time, but just to work the glutes one last push at the end of the run.) Hill is not included in time and distance.
