Ran the 7 mile route through msft, through neighborhoods, take Northup (?) way down to West Lake Sammy back home.

Wanted to run real slow at a conversational pace. Run felt real nice and easy. Could have ran that pace for a while. It was cold, thus hammys were tightening up and it was a little harder to catch my breath. My avg heart rate was higher than it felt but might have been due to the cold and the three glasses of red wine I had the night before.

Ryan met me on East Lake Sammamish trail for a run. I had planned to have a nice easy run along the water to take in the beauty of the morning. It was a cold, frosty morning and I knew the lake would be beautiful. But, when Ryan decided to run with me I knew it would not be a nice, easy run (for me at least.)

There's part of me that dislikes running with Ryan because he makes me run faster than I want to, but then there's the part that LOVES running with Ryan because he makes me run faster than I want to.

First mile 10:20

It was definitely a push at the end. This was the fastest I've ran this route ever. Back in August I was averaging 12:20's running on East Lake Sammy.

Wasn't feeling at all during this run. Hardly slept the night before...too much in my mind. Got a call from my sister 2/3 through. Made me feel better to help bring me home.

Another ball buster interval workout.
My legs were sore from Jillian's workout yesterday. My 'on' speed had to be lower if I was going to get through it and even then it sucked donkey balls. :)

1st and second set my on speed was 6.7. Set Three through six my on speed was 6.5.

Off speed 4.8.

Ran with Milo on four mile loop. Time might be a little off. I didn't wear my polar as the battery was dead. Wore just a basic watch. Felt pretty good. Just got out and enjoyed running....

Going to try and do this whole program for the next 30 days...I need to get TONED...Have a wedding coming up. :)
