Normal 4 mile loop. Milo did great first half. Second half he kept stopping acting like needed to pee. Either walked while he figured it out or fought him while he pulled to the side. Annoying. HR got high during the fight.
Didn't feel well enough to run intervals. Ran steady state. Settled in at 5.1.

Whoa!!! I did it...got back in the pool. Swam 12-13 sets of EBEH. Felt pretty good. Took about 10 minutes for arms to loosen up after Jillian's workout. This week is triceps and shoulders so I felt them big time when I began the swim.
