One of the hottest classes I've been to. I was in the front row and I just about ran out of the room. Mental toughness for sure!

Out and back on East Lake Sammy. Tried to make it a nice easy run, but it was warm and my HR was high (maybe dehydrated from yoga). I couldn't bring it down. However, it was a beautiful day and I really loved being out there. Ready to watch some baseball!!!
