Fun, fun ride with the boys. Mashed legs right out of the gate. Felt them the rest of the time...BUT totally worth it to hang with two of my favorite peeps. :)

May Valley loop with an extra hill just for 'fun'.

Great class. Only 109 degrees so it wasn't too hot. Really like Gunnar's class. Work hard but very calming..
Perfect class after shoveling rock for two days!!!

10 minute warm up on stair climber. Thought I was feeling low on energy but once I started I felt strong.

After talking to Birdy decided to log this. After all, I was so sore and tired afterwards I could hardly hold my dinner fork.

Yard work and shoveling 4 cubic yards of drain rock. 2/3 done.

Repeated week one aince i had to use bands in chelan. I thought i modified in chelan pretty well, but Arms are like jello after this workout. Warmed up on stair master for 10 min. Didn't do abs as I ran out of time. Will do later tonight.
