Rain , wind blowing sideways...shoes were sloshing mile 2. Had to tuck my pants into my socks at mile 5 because they were weighed down with water and I was running on top of them. Having said all that, the only thing I'd change is to wear different pants. I hate the dread mill and running in these conditions beats running inside on that darned thing. For those boys who don't hate the treadmill as much as I do,,,hit the gym. Miserable outside.
I felt really good. Legs are so much stronger after weight training. Wasn't planning on going longer than 7 but I underestimated distance from Leary way home
