After weight session on the dreadmill. Didn't feel like running the entire time. The only time I enjoyed myself was when Vanilla Ice performed on the today show...followed by Loverboy. Yes, I am an old nerd.

Having a hard time trying to find the motivation to do anything this week. Struggling mentally/emotionally. Tough week.

Just doing the minimum to stay on track.

Debated logging this, but four hours of yard work kicks my ass every time. Wore my heart rate monitor so I could track how many calories I burned. Not bad....:)
