Easy run on the treadmill. Just not feeling it.

Wow! Interesting run this morning. Just felt really lethargic. Finished the run with a little adrenaline rush. Running by a guy walking up the street with a gun in his hand will do that to you. Finished with a call to the Redmond Police Department.

10 minute warm up on the stairmaster.

Chest Back and Abs. 5 sets of 12.

HIIT (Gray WO #5) 25:00 [3]

Not as tough as I was anticipating. Needed to reduce time in between sets from one minute to 30-45 seconds.

FUN RUN with Malia. Great to get out and have friend time. Our pace was slow but perfect as it was so hilly and through trails.

I don't know the exact course. Msft trail , cross bel red, run to park and through park trails. Wound up in neighborhoods dropped down to idyl wood. Ran through idle wood and up 40th back home.

Four mile loop with the doggie. Avg HR was higher Than RPE. Felt good!
