Nice track workout with Catrina, Kyla, Ryan and Shea.

We were able to increase our speed on the hards (until the last set...I petered out.)

Fun workout as usual.

Most days I go for a run my body is ready but my mind is not. I usually have to talk myself into running and eventually when I realize my body feels okay I finish the run with no differential.

There's the rare occasion where my body is ready, my mind is ready and there is no differential. Usually this is when I have the runners high.

I thought today might be one of those days. WRONG.

I was stoked to head out for a run. It's been a week since I've ran outside. Gorgeous morning.

My body felt lousy. HR was so high for the pace I was running (sometimes 172) and just felt blech.. Wanted to do six so I had added on an extra loop. When I realized it wasn't going to be enough I was too far gone to add on another so I came home 3/4 of a mile short of my goal.

Oh well...today was a strength building day. Log it in the books and reference it next time I don't think I can make it through. :)

I think a rest day might be in order.

Finished with my own ab workout.

Happy I made it to the gym for the fifth morning in a row...especially after having a rough night.

SUPER DUPER proud of myself for waking up at 4;30 for the third morning in a row especially after getting home at 8:00 last night and getting to bed later. Run on the treadmill. I was able to run at 5.4-5.6 the whole time. Still ran slower on the dreadmill than on the street..but always do.

Virtual runner through LA, Hollywood Hills and Newport Beach. :)

Yoga tomorrow since I have a later start. Can't wait.

First day of work and I woke up at 4:30 before I began my day.

Easy peasy run on the treadmill. Just plugged in Virtual and ran through Germany. Virtual runner makes running on the treadmill actually okay. Just zone out in the dark room.
