alternate plank raises
mountain climbers

sit thrusts
push ups
While in Palm Desert I worked out both mornings in the gym at 5:30. Came home and went to the gym once before Disneyland. Walked our legs into utter soreness in Disneyland. Worked out a few times after returning, but nothing was consistent. Didn't log since life was so hectic at that point in time and don't want to go to the trouble of looking back and logging everything.
