East lake Sammy out and back. Didn't look at my watch. Just ran (slow). Stopped at 2 miles. Walked mile back and integrated walking lunges and squats.

Having such a hard time finding motivation. Body is so tired and heavy. Wonder if it's the rest of life weighing me down. When I feel like this I know I need to change the routine up and just get something in.

Early morning class before spending the day with my mom. New teacher. Loved this class. Back corrections with Downey have allowed me to get deeper in back bends.

Hike at St Edwards with Malia and Tina. Time is an estimation. Had a very nice time. So good for my soul to have time like this.

Had a hard time talking myself into the gym so decided to do something different.

Weights 22:00 [3]

4 sets of 10. Variety of biceps triceps and shoulders whole balancing on bosu ball. Harder than I thought it would be to balance.

4 sets of 15 abs in incline bench with weighted ball. Twists and sit-ups.
