Sprint race a Pretoria Show grounds. It was a new map and I really like the area. I had a couple of hesitations and didn't read my control description for 13 so ended up wasting about 20sec. Other than that just need to work on fitness. I was the first woman in with Sarah really close behind.

Did a bit of the men's course as map memory with Oscar. He then walked back and I did a loop of 6 controls hard and then jogged back.
Training at Hennops organized by Nic.
Did a window O' exercise with all the contours still on the map. Very difficult. Struggled with #3 mainly a few others. Very very slow running, it was really rocky.
